Who we are

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping is shown at checkout.
• We accept payment by UPI. Your order is confirmed once we've verified the payment.
• If we don't receive payment for an order within 24 hours, we may cancel it.

Offers and codes

• Any 3 for ₹599: any 3 pins together cost ₹599, applied automatically.
• Mystery pin: orders of ₹999 or more (before discounts) get a free pin chosen by us. It's a surprise, so it can't be picked or exchanged.
• First-order code: valid on your first order only, one per customer (matched by email and phone number). We may cancel orders that misuse it.
• One discount code per order. Store credit can be used alongside our offers.
• We may change or end offers at any time; orders already placed keep the offer they were placed with.

Products and pictures

• Pins are about 2.5 to 3.5 cm across. Exact sizes vary by design.
• Some pictures on our site are mockups, and we say so where they are. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
• Enamel pins are made partly by hand, so small variations are normal.
• Pins marked Coming soon can't be ordered yet.

Everything on this website, including text, pictures and our bird, belongs to Bird & Whatnot or its licensors. Please don't copy it without asking.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction. If any part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
