Shipping policy

Every order is packed by hand in Mumbai and sent with a trusted courier partner.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses across India. We don't ship internationally yet.

When your order ships

Your order is confirmed once we've verified your UPI payment. We pack and hand it to the courier within 3 working days of confirming payment, usually sooner.

How long delivery takes

• Metro cities: about 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
• Most of India: about 4 to 7 working days.
• The North East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, the Andaman and Nicobar Islands and other remote areas: up to 10 working days.

These are the courier's estimates. Weather, festivals and local restrictions can add a day or two, and we can't control that, but we'll always help you chase a delayed parcel.

What it costs

• Orders of ₹999 or more: free shipping.
• Below ₹999: ₹69.

Tracking

Once your parcel is on its way, we email and WhatsApp you the courier name and tracking number.

Your address

Please double-check your address, pincode and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because nobody could be reached, we'll reship it once you've paid the shipping again, or give you store credit for the pins.

Lost parcels

If the courier confirms your parcel is lost, we'll send your order again at no cost to you, or give you store credit if a pin has sold out.
