How big are the pins?
Most are about 2.5 to 3.5 cm across, which is big enough to notice and small enough for a collar, cap or tote.
How do I pay?
By UPI, using Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app. After paying, come back to the site and tap “I’ve sent the payment” so we know it’s yours.
When will my order arrive?
We dispatch within 3 working days of confirming payment. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after that, and up to 10 for remote areas.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders of ₹999 or more. ₹69 below that.
How does “any 3 for ₹599” work?
Any three pins together cost ₹599 instead of ₹897. It's applied automatically in your bag, and it works for every set of three.
What's the mystery pin?
Spend ₹999 or more and we'll add a free pin of our choosing. No peeking.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We only ship within India for now.
Can I return or exchange a pin?
We don't take returns or exchanges. If a pin arrives damaged, send us an unedited unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery and we'll give you store credit, valid for a year.
My pin arrived damaged. What do I do?
Send us a continuous unboxing video that starts with the sealed parcel and shows the damage, within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number. We'll take it from there.
What does “Coming soon” mean?
Those pins are on their way to us and can't be ordered yet. Tap the heart to save them, and check back soon.
How do I stop a pin from falling off?
Our pins come with rubber backs. Push the back on firmly and check it now and then, especially on bags.
Can I order in bulk or for an event?
